Study marketing here and you are in the field from your very first semester.

And the brief is not a hypothetical one.

This workshop ran on a real brief and product samples from Martira,
a tone-up skincare brand founded by one of our own alumni
who came up through our entrepreneurship incubation programme.

Students worked in groups of four — one interviewer, two customers,
one observer. Fifteen minutes a round, digging with the 5 Whys
until they reached something the customer had never told anyone.

It started with “I’m scared it rubs off.”

Five layers down, the real answer surfaced: she had already given up
on applying it to her arms altogether, because she owns one white
uniform shirt and has to wear it all week.

That is an insight. And you can actually build a review video on it.

A graduate who once sat in this very room now owns the brand,
and today they are the one setting the brief for the next class.
That is what happens here.
